Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13 et seq., please take notice that on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., the Planning Board of the Township of Oldmans will conduct a public hearing on the adoption of a 2026 Amended Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Master Plan. Such hearing is being undertaken pursuant to the requirements of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-28 and N.J.S.A. 52:27D-310. The Township’s affordable housing obligations include a Present Need obligation of 0 housing units, a Prior Round obligation of 183 housing units, a Third Round Prospective Need obligation of 120 housing units, and a Fourth Round Prospective Need Obligation of 84 housing units.
A copy of the proposed amended Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Master Plan is on file for public inspection at the Oldmans Township Municipal Building, 40 Freed Road, Pedricktown, NJ during normal business hours, excepting public holidays. Any party interested in commenting on the amended Housing Element and Fair Share Plan may do so at the public hearing or may submit written comments to the Planning Board by mail to Oldmans Township Planning Board, P.O. Box 416, Pedricktown, NJ 80867, or by email to , prior to the public hearing date.
