Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Finance Department include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain central accounts and records
- Control expenditures
- Pre-audit bills and claims
- Custody of securities and investments
- Invest surplus funds
- Prepare the annual budget
- Prepare financial statements
- Payroll
