The Township of Oldmans is implementing Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Programs. Small Cities Project #24-0566 in the amount of $200,000 is being used to provide forgiveable and deferred loans to low and moderate income households to rehabilitate their homes.
In accordance with the Community Development Citizen Participation requirements, a public hearing is being held in order to review the performance and status of activities and to identify future Community Development activities for the Small Cities Program. This second hearing is in addition to a public hearing that was held during development of this project prior to submission of the Small Cities application.
Interested citizens are invited to attend this hearing on October 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Building, 40 Freed Road, Pedricktown, New Jersey 08067. Citizens are advised that they can send written comments to the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Housing and Community Resources, NJ Small Cities CDBG Program, 101 South Broad Street, P.O. Box 811, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0811, during a ten day period following this public hearing.
