Notice Is Hereby Given That Ordinance 2026-10, Entitled “An Ordinance Amending Chapter 155 Of the Oldmans Township Code And Allowing Cargo/Shipping Container Use By Non-Profit Emergency Service Providers Who Serve Oldmans Township And Updating Lettering” was introduced and passed on first reading by the Township Committee of the Township of Oldmans, County of Salem, State of New Jersey, at a meeting held on July 8, 2026.
A public hearing on the ordinance and final consideration for adoption will be held on August 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Oldmans Township Municipal Building, at which time all interested people will be given an opportunity to be heard.
A copy of the ordinance is available for public inspection at the Office of the Township Clerk during regular business hours and on the Township’s official website.
