In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Township Committee of the Township of Oldmans will hold a Special Meeting on February 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at the Oldmans Township Municipal Building, 40 Freed Road Pedricktown, NJ. The purpose of this meeting is to introduce an ordinance amending the Township’s Development Fee and Affordable Housing Procedures. Formal action may be taken. Other business may be discussed and acted upon.
