NOTICE is hereby given that the Township of Oldmans, County of Salem, State of New Jersey, is soliciting Proposals and Qualifications pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. for Redevelopment Attorney Services.
The Township seeks a qualified attorney or law firm experienced in municipal redevelopment matters and related legal services.
Proposal specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Acting Municipal Clerk, 40 Freed Road, Pedricktown, NJ 08067, during normal business hours or on our website.
Sealed proposals clearly marked “RFQ/RFP – REDEVELOPMENT ATTORNEY SERVICES” shall be submitted to the Office of the Acting Municipal Clerk, Township of Oldmans, 40 Freed Road, Pedricktown, NJ 08067, no later than 10:00 a.m. on May 28, 2026, at which time submissions will be publicly opened.
The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive informalities as permitted by law.
