Notice of Final Passage of Ordinance
Ordinance No. 2026-09, entitled “An Ordinance Revising Chapter 110 Of the Code of The Township of Oldmans to Prohibit Data Centers and Related Facilities in All Zoning Districts” was adopted on final passage after public hearing by the Township Committee of the Township of Oldmans on June 11, 2026.
A copy of the ordinance is available for public inspection in the Office of the Municipal Clerk, 40 Freed Road, Pedricktown, NJ.
This ordinance shall take effect upon publication according to law.
