Notice of Pending Ordinance and Public Hearing
Notice is Hereby Given that Ordinance 2026-10, entitled “An Ordinance Amending Chapter 129 of the Code of the Township of Oldmans Entitled ‘Peddling and Soliciting,’” was introduced and passed on first reading by the Township Committee of the Township of Oldmans, County of Salem, State of New Jersey, at a meeting held on June 10, 2026.
A public hearing on the ordinance and final consideration for adoption will be held on July 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Oldmans Township Municipal Building, at which time all interested people will be given an opportunity to be heard.
A copy of the ordinance is available for public inspection at the Office of the Township Clerk during regular business hours and on the Township’s official website.
