NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ordinance 2026-09, entitled “An Ordinance Revising Chapter 110 Of the Code of The Township of Oldmans to Prohibit Data Centers and Related Facilities in All Zoning Districts” was introduced and passed by the Township Committee of the Township of Oldmans on May 13, 2026.
A public hearing and final adoption will be held on June 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Oldmans Township Municipal Building, at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. A copy of the ordinance is available for inspection in the Office of the Township Clerk during regular business hours.
