PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Oldmans Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 7:15 p.m. at the Oldmans Municipal Building, 40 Freed Road, Pedricktown, New Jersey 08067. The purpose of the public hearing is for the Township of Oldmans Planning Board to approve an updated Municipal Stormwater Management Plan which will document strategy to address stormwater-related items. The Plan contains all the required elements described in N.J.A.C. 7:8 Stormwater Management Rules which includes stormwater quality, build-out analysis and mitigation strategy.
A copy of the Municipal Stormwater Management Plan may be reviewed in the Office of the Township Clerk, Oldmans Municipal Building, 40 Freed Road, Pedricktown, New Jersey 08067, weekdays Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., excluding legal holidays.
