Notice of Final Passage of Ordinance
Ordinance No. 2026-05, entitled “An Ordinance Amending Chapter 110, ‘Land Use,’ of the Code of the Township of Oldmans to Implement the Fourth Round of Affordable Housing in accordance with the Fair Housing Act of 1985, as amended by P.L. 2024, C.2,” was adopted on final passage after public hearing by the Township Committee of the Township of Oldmans on March 11, 2026.
A copy of the ordinance is available for public inspection in the Office of the Municipal Clerk, 40 Freed Road, Pedricktown, NJ.
This ordinance shall take effect upon publication according to law.
